    Once your order has been placed via the Internet or by phone it usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes to be delivered; about the same timeframe a pizza delivery takes!
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. No Cash on Delivery Accepted!
  • How do I Tip my Delivery Driver?
    You can Tip the Delivery Driver when ordering online or inform the customer service representative over the phone of your gratuity!

  • Do I have to pay a Delivery Fee?

    Yes, you are charged for each delivery.  Delivery Fees Vary by Each State and are listed below!  If you are outside of the regions listed below and we currently provide service in your area, please ask your customer service representative for delivery fees.


    South Region Delivery Fees: $5.00 - each Delivery

    Southwest Region Delivery Fees: $6.00 -each Delivery

  • Will this service be offered 24hrs day?
    Yes, “Fast Food 4 Delivery” & “Fast Dinner 4 Delivery” will offer 24hr service in a variety of selected cities and states across the U.S.  Please ask your customer service representative if 24hr service is currently available in your area or region.
  • Why are the Food Menu Items different from other states?
    Some Menu Items are more popular in other states so they tend to promote or sell them more.
  • Can I order from multiple places at the same time?

    Yes, however you are charged a Delivery Fee for each Restaurant you order from and orders do not arrive simultaneously.  All Restaurant Orders are placed through our call centers at Toll Free (877) 513-FOOD (3663)

    Yes, more Restaurants will be added monthly in a variety of cities in the near future...
  • What if I want to Add or Change Restaurants to my existing Membership Plan?
    Simply email or call your customer service representative to request a Restaurant Add or Change to your account. To change Restaurant Selections, you must be a "Premium" or "Premium Plus" Member. A charge of $4.50 per Restaurant change will apply. If you wish to add an additional Restaurant to your existing Membership Plan, you must be a "Premium" or "Premium Plus" Member to do this. A charge of $1.50 per-month will be assessed for each Restaurant Added. |Restaurant Guidelines|
  • Why do you only deliver Food Orders to my Home and not my Work Address?
    Because this is Reserved for Corporate Clients Only!
  • Can I add someone to my membership card?
    No, at this time you are Not Allowed Any Additional Users to your account.
  • Do I have to be a Member to Order?
    Yes, Membership is Required to utilize this service.
  • Can I plan my meals for the week and have them delivered at a particular time?
    Yes, but this is Reserved for Corporate Clients only!
  • How many Restaurants do I have to choose from?
    You have over 200+ Restaurants to choose from throughout the country and in your local neighborhoods. Restaurants such as, Chipotle, Hooters, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chili's Bar & Grill, Applebee's, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and countless others... We are always Adding New Restaurants in your Local Community.
  • Are the Menu Prices online the same as the ones in the Restaurant?

    Yes, all the prices listed online are the same as if you ate in the Restaurant. Some prices do need to be updated from time to time due to the restaurants changes but you are always charged what they charge you on the menu; no more than that!

  • Once I select my Restaurants Choices, can I change them at anytime?

    No, you can only change Restaurants if you are a "Premium" or "Premium Plus" Member, and charges may apply.  Please read "Restaurant Guidelines" above!

  • Do I have to place a minimum dollar amount for each order?

    No, this is not required nor will it ever be in the future.

  • Will my membership be accepted in other cities we provide service in?

    Yes, if we provide service within the cities geographical zip-code area!

  • Will I receive Menus from the Restaurants that were selected in my Membership Plan?

    Yes, but you must request menus via email or by calling into our call center at
    Toll-Free (800) 363-1009.

  • Can I request or order from a particular Restaurant Not Listed with you?

    No, if the Restaurant is not listed with FastFood4Delivery or FastDinner4Delivery then we do not provide service or pick-up from there establishment.

  • How do I Add Funds to my account & is this required?

    No, this is Optional and is Not Required!  If you wish to accrue monies in your account for later use, simply update your account by logging online and entering the amount of money you wish to have deposited into your account for later use or you can call customer service for assistance at Toll Free (800) 363-1009. If you are using a credit card to deposit funds in your account, please be advised that you are charged a credit card transaction fee

    (All fees are listed below). Credit-Card Transaction Fees only Apply When you Add-Funds to your Account.  Not if you place an order online or by phone and do not have funds in your account.  Once again, only if you decide to Deposit Funds for later use you are charged a credit card transaction fee. The minimum deposit required when doing this is $10.00. You may also deposit funds into your Account by using a Checking or Savings Account FREE of CHARGE! Please ask your customer service representative if ACH Checking or Saving Draft is available in your city or state... All Checking or Savings deposits can take up to 48hrs to be credited to your Account.



    Credit Debit Card Transaction Fees:

    • Deposit $10 => .50cent transaction fee
    • Deposit $20 => $1 transaction fee
    • Deposit $30 => $1.50 transaction fee
    • Deposit $40 => $2.00 transaction fee

    The membership fee provides you the following:

    • Being able to order from a Variety of Restaurants that normally do not deliver in your geographical area.
    • Saving gas due to the rising cost of fuel prices!
    • Avoiding traffic during busy hours of the day.
    • Not having to deal with weather related issues such as rain, fog, heat wave and icy road conditions!
  • Can I order in bulk or large quantities for several people at once?

    No, if this is being done we consider it a violation of the membership and your account can be closed. This is only Reserved for Businesses that have Corporate Accounts with us...

  • How much is "Weekly Meal Planner"?

    Weekly Meal Planner is only $5.00 per-week and you can cancel anytime! You must be a Corporate Client to Participate in Weekly Meal Planner.

  • Can I cancel my membership anytime?

    Yes, your membership is month to month and you can cancel anytime you wish. Just email or call customer service prior to your next month billing cycle date.

  • What are Loyalty Points?

    These are points you earn Every Time you Order a Meal but sometimes More Points are Awarded if you Tip the Delivery Driver, Order from Specific Restaurants and Participate in Monthly Restaurant Surveys taken on our website. These points can be used for Free Deliveries and Other Discounts. Just ask your customer service representatives for more details.

    Pricing varies, from as little as $12 depending on the entree being prepared. Please contact your customer service representative for details.

  • Do I have to be home when you deliver my meals?
    Yes, you do have to be home in order for meals to be delivered at the appropriate time.
  • How long does it take to prepare my meal?
    Meals usually take about 1 hour to prepare.
  • How do I get started?

    First, you must be a "Premium" or "Premium Plus" Member. Then you can order online from the variety Chef Entrees.

  • What is Commissary (Grocery Products & Services)?

    Commissary is an Online Grocery Store where you can order everything you would normally get at your Local Convenience Store but at sometimes Half the Price. We carry a wide variety of products through our grocery vendors. Once you place your Commissary Online Order, delivery takes about an hour. You can find things such as Beverages, Snacks, Health & Beauty items, Toiletries and over the counter Medications. This service saves you valuable time, money and gas! No minimum order is required! Please be advised, you must be a Limited, Premium or Premium Plus Member to utilize this service!  A PAYPAL Account (www.paypal.com) may be required to use this service.



    In addition, we provide “Wholesale Bulk Grocery Products” Exclusively to our “Premium” & “Premium Plus Members” Only! Please ask your customer service representative for more details regarding this exclusive cost saving service.
