What if I want to add or change Restaurants to my existing Membership Plan?
Simply email or call your customer service representative to request a Restaurant Add or Change to your account. To change Restaurant Selections you must be a Premium Member and a charge of $1.50 per Restaurant change will apply. If you wish to add an additional Restaurant to your existing Membership Plan you must be a Limited or Premium Member to do this. A charge of $1.50 per-month will be assessed for each Restaurant added.
Trial or Basic Members Cannot Add or Change Restaurant Selections! However they can upgrade there membership to qualify for the above membership information stated.
Why do you only deliver Fast Food orders to my home and not my work address?
Because this is reserved for Corporate Clients Only!
Can I add someone to my membership card?
No, at this time you are not allowed any additional users to your account.
How long does it take to receive my membership card?
Membership Cards are usually mailed within 10 business days, however you can begin ordering immediately with a temporary account number by calling Toll Free (877) 513-3663.

Yes, you can plan your meals to be delivered throughout the week however, you must Sign-up for "Weekly Meal Planner" and time constraints will have to be handle by your customer service representative.

You have over 60 Fast Food Restaurants to choose from. Restaurants such as, McDonalds, Chipotle, Krispy Kreme,Taco Bell, Popeye's Chicken, Hooters, Outback, Chili's, Apple Bee's, P.F. Chang's, Carinos, Star Bucks Coffee, and many more... We are always adding new restaurants in your local community.
Are the Menu Prices online the same as the ones in the Drive-Thru or Restaurant?
Yes, all the prices listed online are the same as if you ate in the Restaurant or went through
the Drive-Thru. Some prices do need to be updated from time to time due
to the restaurants changes but you are always charged what they charge
you on the menu; no more than that!
Do I have to place a minimum dollar amount for each order?
No, this is not required nor will it ever be in the future.
Will my membership be accepted in another city or state?

Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, your membership is month to month and you can cancel anytime you wish. Just email or call customer service prior to your next monthly billing date.

These are points you earn Every Time you Order a Meal but sometimes more points are awarded if you order from a Specific Restaurant. These points can be used for Free Deliveries and Other Discounts. How do I get started?

account to include a personal chef. Once you have done that you can

Will I receive menus from the Restaurants that were selected in my membership plan?
Yes, but you must request menus via email or by calling into our call center at Toll-Free (800) 363-1009.
Can I request or order from a particular Restaurant Not Listed with Fast Food 4 Food Delivery?
No, if the Restaurant is not listed with Fast Food 4 Delivery then we do not provide service or pick-up from there establishment.
How do I add funds to my account?
You can simply update your account by logging online and entering the amount of money you wish to have deposited into your Fast Food Delivery Account or you can call customer service for assistance at Toll Free (800) 363-1009. If you are using a credit debit-card to deposit funds, please be advised that you are charged a credit card transaction fee (all fees are listed below). The minimum deposit required when doing this is $10.00. You may also deposit funds into your Fast Food Account by using a Checking or Savings Account FREE of CHARGE! Please ask your customer service representative if ACH Checking or Saving Draft is available in your city or state... All deposits can take up to 2 to 3 business days to be credited to your Fast Food Account.

Commissary is an Online Convenience Store where you can order everything you would normally get at your Local Convenient Store but at sometimes Half the Price. Once you place your Commissary Online Order, delivery takes about 30 to 45 minutes. You can find things such as Beverages, Snacks, Health & Beauty items, Toiletries and over the counter Medications. This service saves you valuable time, money and gas! No minimum order is required! Please be advised "Trial Members" do not have access to this discount convenient store service!
